PERIDECT

Awaiting delivery

Since ancient times people have been trying to find ways of catching an intruder/burglar, ideally before he is able to cause damage to their property.

The Peridect system is based on mutually digitally communicating unique detectors and an evaluation unit. The whole system is variable as regards its entire settings, applicability for various types of fencing and possibility of integration with other security technologies. For maximum reliability of the system producers have developed a unique differential logic function, which provides significant reduction of false alarms caused by influences of the outdoor environment (strong wind, rain, hail, thunderstorms) as compared to other systems, while maintaining a simple design and low financial a time demands of system installation and maintenance.

Are you looking for a reliable 21st century detection system for an industrial building, army structure, airport, photovoltaic power plant or your own house? We would have something for you… System benefits:
  • Exact detection of the place of intrusion
  • Very low number of false alarms caused by climatic influences
  • Easy installation and maintenance
  • Independent setting up of individual detectors
  • Long operating life (no moving elements)
  • Easy connection to exchanges of electronic security systems
  • Possibility to connect electronic system elements along the perimeter route as well
  • Possibility to control other devices along the perimeter route
  • One evaluation unit can cover fencing with the length of approx. 1300 m
  • The system is very suitable for cooperation with a CCTV system
  • Configuration program for clear system setting
  • Graphic visualization program at a convenient price

The PERIDECT system detects vibrations in fencing with mechanical causes arising from attempts to gain entrance (climbing, cutting and lifting). Sensors placed along the fencing (usually one detector per one fence panel) are used for detection purposes. Each detector contains a piezoelectric element and the signal is processed by a microprocessor. The system uses differential logic to significantly reduce false alarms caused by normal weather conditions (rain and wind). The system detection level depends on each individual PDS detection sensor and each sensor can be allocated independent sensitivity parameters. The typical security offered by a single control unit is a line of approximately 1300m with penetration detection at 2.5m steps.

The PERIDECT system is completely automated with fully configurable characteristics and with alarm outputs that permit the PERIDECT system to be easily connected to all electronic security systems as a normal detector. Operational convenience and comfort can be increased by connecting it to visualisation software for integrating security and control systems such as C4. This then gives a graphical display of the secured area that includes the state of the individual components. In addition, the PERIDECT system is equipped with input/output modules that allow other equipment (e.g. contact detectors), anywhere along the perimeter, to be simply connected to the system and also other equipment can be controlled (e.g. lights).

The PERIDECT system consists of an evaluation unit (PVJ), to which detection sensors (PDS) and input/output modules (PIO), are connected using a data cable. Each PVJ can be connected to up to 246 detection sensors (PDS) and 8 input/output modules (PIO).
